Draft: Publish lenooby09.tech to standard.site from CI
Planning draft only. No CI or site files have been changed.
## Goal
Publish metadata for the public, deployed pages of lenooby09.tech as standard.site records so AT Protocol readers and indexes can discover them. Keep the static website and its existing deploy as the source of truth; PDS records are the interoperable publication/document layer.
## Proposed pipeline
1. After the site build, enumerate only pages that are public in the final deployment. Exclude drafts, private files, and build-only assets.
2. Using the chosen site-owner DID/PDS, create or update one `site.standard.publication` record (`url`, `name`) and one `site.standard.document` per page (`site`, `title`, `publishedAt`, canonical `path`, plus suitable description/text/content metadata).
3. Use stable record keys or a persisted path-to-record mapping so reruns update existing records instead of duplicating them. Define what happens to records when a page is removed or renamed.
4. Generate `/.well-known/site.standard.publication` with the publication AT-URI, and add a `rel="site.standard.document"` link with each document AT-URI to the corresponding page head. Deploy these verification artifacts with the built site.
5. Keep the publish step idempotent. Store the PDS URL, handle, and a dedicated CI-only app password as masked/protected variables; never print credentials or put them in build artifacts. Confirm that only the intended owner identity can publish.
## Acceptance checks
- Publish one test publication and page, then verify both through standard.site-compatible tooling.
- Confirm the publication `.well-known` response and document HTML link resolve to the exact AT-URIs in the records.
- Re-run without changes and verify no duplicate records; edit and remove a page and verify updates/removal behave as intended.
- Confirm draft/private content is never published and the CI logs/artifacts contain no credentials.
## Decisions before implementation
- Which owner DID/PDS should hold these records?
- Should every public page be represented, or only selected pages/posts?
- Which content representation should be stored (`textContent` only or a supported structured `content` format)?
